According to the site, The Golden Notebook Project is "an experiment in close-reading in which seven women are reading the book and conducting a conversation in the margins." The book being, of course, Doris Lessing´s The Golden Notebook. It´s something along the lines that Larry Nolen proposed with the Blogger Book Club, but more focused.
The project went live just yesterday. It will be great to follow upclose such an initiative.
Thanks to Nicola Griffith for the tip.

Sounds like a good conversation about to happen. I haven't read Doris Lessing in years, and the last book I read of hers, I forget the name (about a mother and her half demon child...) it was years ago, has kept me away from her for years and years. Maybe it is time to get reacquainted.
Cheryl, you should read Shikasta. It´s one of her best books, IMHO.
I have written just added Shikasta to my toread list... Thanks
